Hotel location is very well inside town centre. Price of room is reasonable. Facilities can be put ok ok considering the rates. Restaurant available here with room service. Food is descent too. Staff too appeared helpful

Good hotel for family .rooms and food are excellent but toilet is not up to the mark need improvement and in room service they r not serving the early morning coffee r tea are ready to start at 6.30 only to improve the timings also for room service

Whenever my husband and I travel to namakkal, we try to have our own private stay in hotel instead of relative house. So this have been our last minute or no choice kind of stay! I've never like this place for its horrible breakfast area. But the rooms that we stayed was not too bad & some days of bad smell!!! We just need a comfortable night sleep after a long drive or a train ride! I never liked the concierge boys who never looked professionals at all or rather seem to be like the hotel staffs. The doubt is always there.. The hotel should do better for its guest at least. There should be a standard for the price that is paid. But for sure, the next time it's a NO for me in sanu!!!

We ( me and a bunch of friends, mostly working in Chennai and Bangalore) booked 2 rooms with Sanu international for June 17 in the wake of a local friends Marriage. Eventhough all of us are from Namakkal,most of our guys moved entirely to Chennai and Bangalore as did a normal IT guy. I took the responsibility to book rooms and suggested this hotel as I saw photos and reviews online were decent. So I've booked these rooms through online portal - Redbus and paid full amount through net banking. The only condition or requisite mentioned in there was to provide a photo ID proof during the time of check-in. Planned our travel, planned our transport from hotel to marriage venue and the date came, we travelled and reached Namakkal. Till this time, all went pretty good. When we entered hotel lobby with our luggages we got a ride shock from receptionist that they have a hotel policy which will not allow local (Namakkal) people to stay. We recovered from that bizzare information and provided with a couple of Chennai and Banglore ID proofs. After this, hotel guys informed that they can allow those 2 with out station ID proofs and will not allow others. So we insist a call to manager, who unlike any people management guy in hotel management field, behaved arrongantly and in a unapologetic manner. When we pointed out that this condition was no where to be seen on this web page or in Redbus portal during our booking, Not only he argued in arrogant manner he asked us to vacate the premises and lay our claim with Redbus. Finally, I ended up 2 things:: 1) Urgently booked rooms in a mediocre hotel and got a place to stay. 2) Looked like an idiot in front of by friends for the mess we end up with. To anyone who's planning a stay in Namakkal, particularly in Sanu, I strongly advice u to have plan accordingly and be ready for anything that may come on your way. Happy Travelling !! - SB
